Lovely hotel with hotel bar/restaurent and gym. Spotlessly clean in all areas, room serviced daily to a high standard. We stayed in the double standard room, it was spacious and warm with pleasant decor and lovely bathroom with shower cubicle, the bed was really comfortable, we were situated on the first floor overlooking the court yard garden and had no noise disturbance. Staff in all areas of the hotel were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Hotel is located down a side street between the Main Square and the Jewish Quarter each approx 10 minutes walk in opposite directions and a supermarket shop situated directly opposite the hotel for anything you need. Would definatly return and recommend to others visiting Krakow.
